Hawley, Paul Parisotto, Brian Lock, Luc Pelchat, David W. Smalley, Andrew Lee Smith and Peter Brieger as Directors of the Company at Scorpio Gold's annual and special meeting of shareholders held July 25, 2016. At the meeting, the Company's shareholders also approved the renewal of the Company's stock option plan and the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors of the Company, as set out in the Company's management information circular dated June 20, 2016.

Scorpio Gold holds a 70% interest in the producing Mineral Ridge gold mining operation located in Esmeralda County, Nevada with joint venture partner Elevon, LLC (30%). Mineral Ridge is a conventional open pit mining and heap leach operation.
